Once the process of article writing is started, your order will be considered as “in pending” status; and there is absolutely no refund offered at this stage. Refund is applicable in case writers have not started the articles.

Articles already written and delivered are not refundable.

If you ordered Ezine articles and they are not approved even after 3rd attempt, we will refund 50% of the amount to you within the next 48 hours. The deducted amount is for the efforts our writers and Ezine authors did for the writing and submission of article(s).

As the nature of article writing is non-tangible (without any physical delivery/shipping), no refunds are offered for the same.

Request for a refund may be forwarded (in writing). You can use the Contact form to claim your refund. Refunds are usually resolved within 48 hours.

In case of a refund, you agree (in writing) that no part (in full or pieces) will be used/distributed/sold from the content for which you have claimed a refund. It is therefore requested that you delete all files from your computer/server; as soon as you receive the refund.

We only offer article writing and submission services and they have nothing to do with managing website's ranking of any sort. Therefore, we can not be hold responsible for any loss, decreased ranking in search engines, bad user experience or any other similar case.
